The 2019 Summer Reading Program will begin in June with programs for all ages and prizes for reading. This year’s theme is A Universe of Stories, with a focus on space. Programs will include storytimes, STEAM activities, arts & crafts, Paws for Reading, family movies, a Youth Art Show, and more. DTDL will also host a variety of fun and interactive children’s performers.
Summer brochures are now available at the library, and our online calendar has a full listing of events. Library staff will also be visiting local schools in May to distribute summer calendars to students.
All ages: Saturday, June 8, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Teens: Friday, June 14, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
