Michigan eLibrary (MeL)

A project of the Library of Michigan, MeL is an online resource free to all Michigan residents. It provides magazine, newspaper, and journal articles as well as books and recommended websites.  You can also access the catalog (MeLCat) to find and borrow books from libraries around the state.

Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry
