The network offers an extensive site on the U.S. and Canadian Great Lakes/St. Lawrence region. Information is provided on the region, education, environment, economy, maps and tourism. It also provides a “Site of the Month” to honor an outstanding website on the great lakes environment.

Michigan eLibrary (MeL)

A project of the Library of Michigan, MeL is an online resource free to all Michigan residents. It provides magazine, newspaper, and journal articles as well as books and recommended websites.  You can also access the catalog (MeLCat) to find and borrow books from libraries around the state.
