Printing

The library has a color printing for use by the public. Print jobs can be sent to the printer from the public computers or via the Mobile Printer service described below. Printing is $0.25 per page.

Mobile Printing

Print jobs can be uploaded to the printer from a phone, tablet or laptop using the mobile printing website. Read the instructions below to get started.

Mobile Printing from a Computer

  1. Visit dtdl.org/print.
  2. The website has two boxes under the Enter Your 14-digit Library Card section. Enter your library card number in the top box and leave the bottom box empty.
  3. Click Log On.
  4. Click on Upload a document and locate the file you would like to upload on your computer.
  5. Once the document is uploaded it will be ready and waiting for you to print from the public computer and can be claimed within 24 hours.

Mobile Printing from a Phone or Tablet

  1. Visit dtdl.org/print.
  2. Request the Desktop Site from your mobile browser.
    • How to Request the Desktop Site on an Android Device:
      • Press the browser menu button located in the top right corner.
      • Select Request Desktop Site.
    • How to Request the Desktop Site on an Apple Device.
      • Press and hold the Refresh button. 
      • Tap Request Desktop Site.
  3. Follow steps 2-5 in the Mobile Printing from a Computer section.

Copying

A black and white computer is available for use by the public. Copying is $0.25 per page.

Scanning

A scanner is available for use by the public at the public computers. To get started scanning, ask for assistance at the Adult Services Desk.

3D Printer

DTDL has a FlashForge Creator Pro 3D Printer. Patrons may submit 3D print designs to be printed at $0.25 per gram. Visit the 3D Printing page to learn more about the process.
