Saturday, October 21, 9-10 a.m. The library will open one hour early for individuals with autism and their families to enjoy the library together in a neutral environment. A therapy dog will also be available to meet, read with, and pet. All ages welcome, no registration necessary.
For ages 9-19. Learn how to build and program your own robot using the LEGO EV3 robots and participate in a variety of challenges during this 6 week series. Tuesdays, November 14-December 19, 4:30-6 p.m. Register with 4-H by November 13. Call 517-543-2310 for more info.
Ages 6-9. Wednesdays, Oct. 11-Nov. 15, 5-6 pm. We’ll be bringing stories to life while keeping literacy skills sharp. Kids will engage in a variety of fun reading, writing, storytelling, and creative activities to bolster their reading confidence and comprehension. Participants are encouraged to come for all six sessions.
